Stephen Young, the administrator of the Clay County Rural Emergency Hospital, spent part of his morning with the crew explaining how the transition has gone, which services remain available through the ER and outpatient care, and the wellness center opportunities heading into the new year. Heath “The Bone” Stroud also stopped by briefly during a busy morning.
